Waitflow collects minimal data to operate the service: your email, name and authentication provider info. For waitlist leads, we store their email and a hashed IP for spam prevention. We do not sell personal data.
We use third-party processors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Google (OAuth). Data is processed per their respective DPAs.
You can request data export or deletion at any time by emailing hello@waitflow.com. Founders can also export their lead lists from the dashboard at any time.
