Data we collect

Waitflow collects minimal data to operate the service: your email, name and authentication provider info. For waitlist leads, we store their email and a hashed IP for spam prevention. We do not sell personal data.

Third-party processors

We use third-party processors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Google (OAuth). Data is processed per their respective DPAs.

Cookies & analytics

We use PostHog to understand how Waitflow is used and improve the product. PostHog is only activated after you give consent via the cookie banner.

When enabled, PostHog may collect: pages visited, referrer, rough geographic location (derived from IP, not stored), browser and device type, and interaction events (button clicks, form submissions). No advertising networks receive this data. PostHog processes data under its own privacy policy.

You can withdraw consent at any time — this will stop all PostHog tracking immediately and clear the stored preference.

Your rights

You can request data export or deletion at any time by emailing hello@waitflow.app. Founders can also export their lead lists from the dashboard at any time.
